ComfyChemo® Shipping and Returns
Orders generally ship out within 1-2 business days after processing. Processing occurs during regular business hours Monday through Friday 9a.m.- 5p.m. EST. Should any delay occur with the processing or shipping of your order, you will be notified by the e-mail address you provided at checkout. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an e-mail to notify you along with your order tracking information. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please remember that we can not control any delays that might affect a timely USPS delivery such as snow, ice, or hurricanes. Currently shipping is only available within the United States.
Due to our infection control standards we only accept returns when there was an error made on our part. Many of our customers are already immunocompromised and our ultimate goal is their safety. We take pride in them knowing that their shirt has not been worn by anyone else prior to them. Please remember that our ComfyChemo® Apparel is meant to be worn during your chemotherapy treatment session for the purpose of comfort and port accessibility- for these reasons we recommend that when in doubt to order a size larger than your normal clothing wear. This will help to ensure that your clothing is not too tight and will reduce any chance of your clothing not feeling comfortable after repeat washes. If ordering for someone else, it is important to verify their size before placing the order.
